In a world where sales is often seen through a narrow lens of stereotypes – aggressive, competitive, and dominated by outdated perceptions – I am on a mission to change that narrative. Sales is not just a profession; it is, in my view, one of the most rewarding and essential roles in our economy. It drives innovation, supports job creation, and fuels company growth.
Empowering Women in Sales: A New Era Begins
Addressing the imbalance
Since the onset of COVID-19, the sales landscape has undergone a remarkable transformation, embracing digital selling, offering more flexible work arrangements, and unlocking new opportunities for financial security.
Yet, despite these advancements, the field still faces a significant gender imbalance. Fewer women are entering sales, stepping forward for interviews, or attaining visibility in senior leadership roles and as industry influencers. At Female Leader, I am dedicated to challenging these disparities and celebrating the vital impact women have in sales.
Through WISE, we aim to elevate the voices of these underrepresented professionals, spotlight their achievements, and drive meaningful change toward a more inclusive and equitable future in the industry.
Attracting Diverse Talent
How can we attract more diverse talent into sales and, most importantly, create environments where everyone can thrive? This is the question WISE seeks to answer.
Introducing WISE
Through my podcast, I share conversations with women inspiring sales excellence, tackling the challenges of representation and inclusion in the sales industry. Together, we explore the barriers preventing people from entering sales and highlight strategies to overcome them.
We share stories of individuals who have carved out successful careers, breaking through stereotypes and proving that sales is about problem-solving, relationship-building, and adding value. These candid conversations uncover actionable insights on how to make sales a desirable and rewarding career for all.
By elevating diverse voices, we celebrate the richness that inclusion brings to sales and recognize the profession as a powerful contributor to organizational success. My mission is to uplift sales as a whole, fostering an environment where it’s celebrated as a dynamic and fulfilling profession for everyone.
While my podcast focuses on women in sales leadership—giving them a platform to share their voices and inspire change—the Sales Revolution Community is for sales professionals from all backgrounds. It’s a space to unite, share, and champion ethical practices, trust, and respect. Please see link here to join us – Sales Revolution – Female Leader
So if these episodes inspire you, join us in the community, subscribe to the podcast, and share it with your network. Together, let’s redefine sales and build a profession we can all be proud of.

While content and marketing materials may reference men and women in some discussions, I fully acknowledge that gender exists on a diverse and multifaceted spectrum. I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where people of all identities, backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences are not only respected but celebrated.
I recognize that true inclusivity goes beyond language and representation—it requires a continuous effort to build spaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. Whether through actions, policies, or day-to-day interactions, my focus is to actively champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of this field.
My ultimate goal is to ensure that every individual, regardless of gender, race, ability, sexual orientation, or any other identity, feels seen, respected, and empowered to contribute to collective success. Always open to thoughts, perspectives and feedback. Reach out at: lauren.palmer22@gmail.com
